To encourage entrepreneurs during the lockdown, we posted a motivational quote on social media every day for 20 days. We now realise that for those whose health was not affected by Covid-19, the period of quarantine was not the most difficult.
Now it gets really complex: What’s the right mix of working from home and being based in the office? What can be expected of employees? What business that is now possible is worth doing? How wise is it to start investing again without knowing what will happen this autumn? How long will the reserves last if things don’t really pick up until next summer? Is staying put the best option now? Or am I acting like a fly in the ointment while opportunities, possibilities and competitors pass me by?
