Attracting employees through employer branding

The automotive industry is suffering from a shortage of skilled workers, especially in technical professions. AMAG wants to emotionalize its employer brand to support recruitment.

Employees report and inspire

AMAG’s 2014 employee survey showed that employees perceive their employer as very attractive and are particularly proud of the high level of customer and service orientation in their teams. On this basis, Heads developed an employer branding video in which CEO Morten Hannesbo lets committed employees have their say. They convincingly convey their enthusiasm for their teams and their demand for excellent customer orientation.
