Founded in 2003, “Zeit Zone Zürich” on Zurich’s Kreuzplatz sells, repairs and revises a wide variety of watch models. Growing online competition made differentiation on the Internet more difficult. Heads was commissioned to revise the online presence for “Zeit Zone Zürich” and to align it with the brand positioning developed by Heads.

The online presence presents “Zeit Zone Zürich” as the leading “workshop of watchmaking art”. For this, Heads relies on storytelling and writes fascinating watch stories of the team and customers. The website is structured as a blog, conveying the enthusiasm for watches with a history and the passion of all employees for precision craftsmanship.
Increasing sales and strengthening the workshop team
The watch stories are interesting and fascinating; many new customers find their way to Kreuzplatz via the website and the turnover with repairs and overhauls could be massively increased. The workshop team had to be strengthened in order to cope with the backlog of orders. Watch sales also developed positively as a result of the higher customer frequency.
